Warranty Periods
All PERSY STINGER computer and server systems come with a 36-month warranty.
Other products have:
- 24-month warranty for individual consumers.
- Warranty according to the manufacturer’s warranty card – for business entities.
The warranty period starts from the date the goods are handed over (verified by a delivery-acceptance protocol or another document).

Our goal is to provide peace of mind and safety when using your equipment. Below are the main warranty conditions for Persy products.
- Software is installed only if it has been purchased by the customer and is listed in the warranty card.
- Warranty service is performed at the Persy service center: Sofia, “Zlatna Dobrudzha” Str. №18, or on-site at the customer’s location (the visit is a paid service).
- In case of a hardware issue, the customer transports the device to the service center in its original packaging, with full accessories and the original warranty card.
- All systems undergo 72-hour hardware testing before being handed over to the customer.
- Opening the system by unauthorized persons is not recommended and may void the warranty.
- Adding or replacing modules must be performed by qualified Persy specialists or authorized personnel.
- Claims for missing items or visible external defects are accepted only upon receipt of the goods.
- A malfunction during the warranty period is not grounds for replacement with a new product. A repair is performed.
- The repair time depends on complexity and parts availability. The maximum period is up to 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
- Regular maintenance is charged separately and is not considered warranty repair.
- The service center is not responsible for equipment not collected within 30 days after the agreed date.
For optimal performance, we recommend regular maintenance, timely updates, and servicing only by authorized specialists.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, unauthorized assembly/installation or the use of incompatible/infected software and firmware.
- Damage resulting from overheating, overloading, or operating outside the recommended technical parameters.
- Damage caused by power surges, moisture, dust, fire, flooding, lightning and other natural disasters, as well as electrical grid malfunctions.
- Software issues, unless the installation/configuration was performed by Persy under an approved offer/proforma.
- Physical and mechanical damage (e.g. bent pins, broken connectors, liquid spills, etc.).
- Equipment with tampered warranty stickers, opened chassis or signs of unauthorized intervention.
- SSD drives after reaching the maximum number of writes specified by the manufacturer.
- Regular maintenance at Persy’s service center (charged separately and not considered a warranty repair).
- Data loss – the customer is responsible for regular backups of all data.
- Data recovery – offered as a paid service, regardless of the outcome.
Persy is not liable under the following conditions
- Loss of information resulting from system infection by viruses, incorrect software, or improper software use.
- Changes made in the computer’s "Advanced Setup" or "Chipset Setup" options. The system has been tested with optimized parameters that must not be modified by unauthorized persons. Incorrect changes may cause system instability and lead to irreversible data loss.
- Damage resulting from natural disasters (lightning, flooding, fire, etc.).
- Problems caused by electrical grid failures: The system must be connected to a grounded outlet with 220V/50Hz. Connections to other devices must be made with the power turned off. All equipment must be plugged into a single power extension.
- Damage caused by system overheating. It is not recommended to operate the system at temperatures higher than +36°C or lower than +10°C.
- Damage resulting from improper transportation.
- Any attempt to repair defects by unauthorized persons.
- Spilling water, coffee, or any other liquids onto the equipment.
If any of the above conditions are not followed, the repair is performed at the customer’s expense. Signing the warranty card indicates acceptance of the warranty terms. This warranty in no way limits consumer rights and does not relieve the seller of obligations under the Consumer Protection Act.
Warranty Replacement
A product recognized as warrantable is replaced with a product of the same model and specifications when repair is not possible.
If the product has been discontinued or is currently unavailable, the following warranty service options are possible at the seller’s discretion:
- The product is evaluated according to the current price list or its market value. In both cases, the customer receives a corresponding credit for the determined amount or the option to pay the difference for another model/manufacturer.
- The product is replaced without additional payment with a product of the same model and higher performance specifications, or with equivalent specifications from another manufacturer. If the price difference between the two models exceeds 10% of the price of the replaced product, the amount exceeding 10% is covered by the customer.
